- making Valentines boxes with my girls today, I can't help myself from going overboard, they are pretty elaborate!
- making plans to actually make Easter dresses for my girls, every year I say I'm going to do it but now that I have my new sewing machine, I really mean it this time! I better start now, because it might take me a few months
- getting all caught up on Lost, but guess what... I am still Lost, that show makes no sense but I can't stop watching.
- seeing all the fun and creative things Nick comes up with to do with his time when he can't touch his x-box or computer. This grounding thing might actually be really good for him.

- Nick, for the really really bad thing he did today, I am still trying to calm myself down and refrain from killing him. He might be grounded for the rest of his life.

- the knuckle on my left ring finger that will never be right after I banged it into the door when putting away the Christmas decor.
- sorry Wes, but the fire alarms in my house have been more trouble than they are worth thus far. I am almost willing to pull them all out and run the risk of burning to death in my sleep

- Kim for calling me to go to the Stake Womens Conference with her
- The amazing speaker at the conference, Tom Holdman, we was funny, brave, and inspiring. His work is breathtaking
- Matt's amazing luck with the policeman today, he got out of a speeding ticket because the cop's printer wasn't working! thank you!

- my baby boy turns 13 today, he is everything I hoped he would be at this age, I feel blessed to have him in our lives and our family

- when Matt got home at 6:00 it actually wasn't pitch black outside, a little sign of hope that Spring is on it's way
- gave myself a pedicure today, these nails haven't seen color in months
- sold the desk today
- Abby's phone call this morning to remind us that it was hat day at school, we would have totally forgot
- long hot bath with all the lights off at midnight, so relaxing and quiet. It's part of my new plan to slow down and de-stress my life.
